AK's high-quality lacquer-based varnish boasts a superior chemical formula compared to other brands on the market. It flows smoothly in an airbrush, adheres to the surface effectively, and dries perfectly with a soft matte finish. It securely holds all kinds of weathering products. For optimal results, it can be diluted with AK701/AK702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners specifically designed for lacquer-based paints.
Used as an alternative basic camouflage colour of British Army vehicles finished in the Caunter Scheme. This camouflage pattern had been applied in the Middle East/North Africa from July 1940 until October 1941.
From October 1941 until October 1942 possibly used as an alternative to Light Stone No.61 as the overall vehicle colour in North Africa.
