ICM 24002 1/24 American Passenger Car Ford Model T Touring 1911
This is a plastic model kit, which comes unassembled and unpainted. So glue, model paints and other basic modelling tools are additionally required.
One of the most numerous and famous cars in world history was the Model T, produced by the Ford Motor Company. It became the first mass-production car, affordable to the middle class. The first example of the Model T was built September 27, 1908. It had a four-cylinder engine of 22.5hp. Mass production was launched at the Highland Park Ford Plant in Michigan at the beginning of 1914. From 1908 through 1927, the plant produced 15,007,003 cars.
Model T cars were produced in different types, and some 1911 versions had open-top five-seat touring bodies, like this one.
Parts molded in light gray, dark gray, clear and brass-coloured (the metal parts are plastic, not photo-etched sheet).
